The staff can’t do nails well and the management are not manicurist so they don’t have a clue about nails. They will do one part of your service and tell u to wait for the next part because they really don’t have enough staff but want to reel you in and start service so you will be getting something. Otherwise, if you knew how long the wait was, you would leave. These people are so rude, the management there has to declined so much. I’ll never be back again. Not professional at all! Poor quality acrylic! The staff can’t do nails well and the management are not manicurist so they don’t have a clue about nails. They will do one part of your service and tell u to wait for the next part because they really don’t have enough staff but want to reel you in and start service so you will be getting something. The first time I came to this establishment I was satisfied and in a rush. However I returned 2 weeks later to get a eyelash refill and the “technician “ insisted on taking them off. I explained to her I want to see the next size up however she instructed me to lay down for the removal. 5 minutes later she was adding lashes on my lashes without me agreeing to them as we previously discuss. To make matters worse, she didn’t tape down anything resulting in bottom lashes and top lashes being glued together. Obviously she was not trained for this. I do not recommend this place for lashes. Go to the professionals and if you decide to test them, definitely don’t let Tammy do them. She messed me up. Glue exposed on the top…glue exposed on the bottom…huge spacing on one eye. Just ridiculous.

My sister got her nails done less than a week ago from here and her nail came clean off today, no chip or breaking. CAME CLEAN OFF WHILE SCRATCHING HER LEG! And was charged for stilettos when the lady gave her ALMOND! if you want good quality nails that last I wouldn’t recommend this place! Won’t be taking my sisters here againAcrylic nails

They are way too rough with their customers always cutting my skin and causing hangnils! They aren’t friendly & always have a nonchalant or ugly attitude. My nail broke within a week this place is not worth the cheapness. You get what you pay for!

The lady that did my nails needs to find another job. She is NOT friendly, has no customer service, and doesn’t listen to her customer at all. Now i remember why I don’t go there and they are so close to my house. Won’t be returning.

Amazing place!!!!!!! Call and book Anna she is the best!!!! 3D acrylic roses, Gold Leaf. Also tinted eyebrows. There is a b4 during and after pic included lol!!!!!! Amazing time. Offer wine too lol hot stones and paraffin wax on my feet. Best experience I’ve ever had at a nail spa.

Since I started making appointments during Covid, I’ve kept the process going and I love it. Making my appointments means I don’t have to wait for a nail tech. They’re always courteous and always tell me the prices for my services before beginning. I’ve been coming here for years and I don’t see myself going anywhere else in the near future.

this was the worst nail salon i have ever been to , horrible nails , my toes messed up , cuticles flooded , cuts everywhere , burned me with the drill over & over , nails are chunky . 0 out of 10 star recommend , don’t come here . then when i told the lady at the counter she said she didn’t see anything wrong & she can do 10$ off 100$ .. unbelievable

Today I went to receive a pedicure. I opted for the deluxe although the technician took it upon herself to do the signature no complaints I’ll just pay the different fee. Upon arriving home I rubbed my feet together and noticed it was still had roughness to it. When I called to inform them, I was asked how long was my previous pedicure. I have patronized this business many times before and never got that treatment.
