Small Self Storage Units
Small Self Storage Units can be available in sizes like 5x5, 5x10, and up to 5x15. The 5x5 unit, similar to a small closet, is great for storing items like a dresser, a small bookshelf, and a few moving boxes. If you need more space, our 5x15 units, comparable to a walk-in closet, can comfortably hold furnishings from a one-bedroom apartment, including a sofa, mattresses, and numerous large boxes.
Medium Self Storage Units
Medium Self Storage Units spanning 10x10 to 10x15, are designed for substantial storage needs. The 10x10 option, comparable to half of a standard one-car garage, holds contents from two bedrooms, including nightstands, bedframes, mattresses, dressers, and assorted moving boxes. For larger storage requirements, the 10x15 unit, akin to a small one-car garage, provides plenty of space for three bedrooms of furniture or an entire medium-sized apartment's belongings.
Large Self Storage Units
Large Self Storage Units in sizes 10x20, 10x25, and 10x30 are designed for more extensive storage needs. The 10x20 unit, as spacious as a standard one-car garage, can store belongings from a small house or multi-bedroom apartment, including entire sets for living rooms, kitchens, and two bedrooms. Moving to a 10x25, you'll find it comparable to a large one-car garage, perfect for a car or all the furniture from a medium-sized home, such as bedroom sets, appliances, and complete living and dining areas. The largest option, the 10x30 unit, is about the size of a one-and-a-half car garage and provides ample room for everything from a 5-bedroom home, including large appliances, TVs, various sofas, dining sets, bedroom furniture, and several large boxes.
Do I need Insurance?
Yes, insurance is a requirement for any storage unit. If you have homeowners or renter's insurance, it may also extend to your storage unit. Please check your coverage with your agent to see whether storage coverage is included or can be added to your policy. If you do not have your insurance, we require SBOA Tenant Insurance for your items. It is recommended that customers utilize our plan even if they are using their homeowners or renter's policy, as it prevents your insurance premiums from going up in the event of a claim and pays out prior to insurance claims.
Is Month to Month Leasing Offered?
All leases we offer are month-to-month. Whether you only need storage for a month or longer, there is no need to sign an additional lease to accommodate a greater need. Stay for as long as you will need storage without fear of lengthy commitments. While you are welcome to utilize your storage unit for less than a month, prepayment of one month is required and will not be prorated if your use is less than one month.
What documents do I need to reserve a storage unit?
A valid driver's license or Government-issued photo ID is required to rent a unit.
Is There Anything I Can't Store?
Certain items cannot be stored in your storage unit at ANY time. Here is the following list of things:
- Perishables
- Food Items, including canned/sealed goods – even water bottles
- Animals
- Stolen Property
- Hazardous or Flammable Materials
- Drugs
- Explosives/Firearms/Ammunition
- Unregistered Vehicles
- People/Yourself, i.e., seeking shelter from a storage unit
- Anything Illegal
How can I pay my rent each month for my storage unit?
We offer many convenient ways to pay at our locations: automatic payments can be set up, credit card, check, and cash; online, in-person, and phone payments.
What is the difference between access hours and office hours?
Access hours are when our customers can access their units and either load or unload them. Office hours are the hours our office is open for business. Things that you may need during office hours include rent payment – should you opt to pay in person – purchase of additional moving supplies, and transferring or vacating a unit.

For one you really can't beat the price. The only down side is that there are stairs and only stairs 19 of them! No elevator. Kathy and Jim are pretty nice people. I kinda started off on the wrong foot. My son and his friend had to unload the 26ft uhaul truck themselves. They jumped it and got it done...it took a little longer than I wanted but its too be expected. They left a mess the 1st day and Jim was not very happy with us to say the least but when all was said and done at the end of the day we did it and all is good!!

If you just need a place for storage and want it to be secure this is a great place. Had a unit for almost a year and no issues. Even though the area seems a little sketchy everything is all good. Only $10 extra for insurance on your unit you can't go wrong even though nothing happened I'm glad I paid for it. Thank you if I ever need to put stuff in storage again I will be coming back.

Definitely a 5-star experience so far. The Manager bent over backwards to ensure I had a place to park my pickup truck that actually fit a F250. Ran into a bump with tags and registration change I needed to make. Looked like I would have to fly out to Las Vegas from Washington DC just to get the old tags and drop the new ones. I called the Manager and he volunteered to drop the new ones into my file and send back the old ones. Awesome...saved me a roundtrip ticket and 2 days. All I had to do was supply the pre-paid Fed-Ex envelope. Can't say enough good things about the staff at this location.

We were just there for a convention and end up needing a storage for our trade show accessories as we have 3-4 shows in Vegas.
