20 meetings at the home of Mrs Guth i rey Mrs1 Retta Poole pre I sident of the So ciety of Christian Service was present as a guest In business session the Circle signed cards to be sent to shut ins and a sym pathy card to the Billy Stin sons upon the death of his father Other business included the receiving of Christmas an July stockings which Mrs Poole distributed to the members She explained that the two other WSCS circles would also pass out individ ual stockings in which the members will put their our regular members at tended the session and wel comed Mrs Montgom ery Sr as a new member The main portion of the meeting hour was spent on a program "Mature Personal Religion presented by Mrs Jeffers Christ mas in July stockings were then passed out to the group and will be filled with the contributions to be turned in at the August meeting Mrs Davis will be hostess for the August 17 meeting and Mrs A Dommert will be in charge of the program Members present were Mrs Richard Mrs Gerald Cormier Mrs Jeffers Mrs Mont gomery Sr and Mrs Moreau Sr 'Me as a Christian as a Methodist and as an Indiv idual Layman The general purpose of the round robin type revival will be to encourage
